Can we say that the solution is TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING?  And the very recent reminder to keep our "elevator presentation" ready at a moment's notice?!

What at time we live in!  Electronics is all around and I'm not so sure that it's always a great concept.

We as Records Managers need to make more of an effort to involve our IT colleagues in our conversations.  Too many times we find out that they are moving in a direction that we find problematic.  An excellent case in point is this topic. 



We are so busy managing our own area of the work environment sometimes we forget to sit up and look around at who might be affected by decisions.  Who are our stakeholders?  How do we communicate what needs to be done and why?
