experience is that you need to add third party products to make it a robust
records management solution.

Hello All, 

 

My organization is looking into possibilities for a document/records
management system. We want to use SharePoint for our intranet and it has
been suggested that we could also use it as our records management
system, however I have some reservations about this. Has anyone had any
experience with using SharePoint for this purpose? We are also looking
into FileHold as a possibility. Has anyone had any experience with
FileHold? 

 

Any information or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
