Dear colleagues:

I have been busy digesting all the helpful information that has been 
provided to me, both on and off the listserv, and am incredibly 
appreciative to those who responded! The information has been extremely 
useful and beneficial.  The discussion has aided me at the basic 
budgetary level as well as provided for me a larger context for framing
