In defense of Patrick (whom I've never met):  while I do feel that some
members get "cocky" in their responses at times, I don't feel Patrick's
response was in this category.  The Franklin quote is in his signature line
and sent all the time, so it was not meant just for you.  As a CEO, you
should be able to fit the cost in your company budget somewhere.

I suggest you get over you cocky attitude and try to be more professional in
your response to anyone seeking assistance or advice.
