I hate to let every one know that a full text version of this standard
is available on the internet.  It took me about 5 minutes to find it.
Depending on how long its been out there one might be able to make the
argument that it has passed in the public domain.  But I will leave that
for attorneys. I am not providing the url but it was not that hard to
find. It apparently was published by a records management vendor.
