Our Information Governance Organization took the lead in developing our
"Red Flag" program, but the main effect it had on our existing policies was
to redefine our role as a "custodian" of certain customer or personal
information instead of an "owner." However that was already in the works to
address existing privacy laws - the "Red Flag" rules that came into effect
mostly provided increased incentive to get that done.

Has anyone dealt with having to fuse Records Management Policies and
Procedures with the revisions to the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions
(FACT) Act; particularly with the CFR dealing with the "Red Flag Rules" 16
C.F.R. § 681.2(b)(1
