Let me start off by saying that yes, I did vote however it was not easy. 
Apparently there was some sort of clich in the system and quite a few of 
us members did not receive ballots.  If it has not been mentioned here on 
the Listserv that the ballots had been sent out I?d have missed it 
completely.   I contacted ARMA and was told this clich was being rectified 
and that I should receive my ballot the following week.   It took several 
weeks and another email to HQ to finally get my ballot.
