No, it's NOT a no-no for the chapter boards to encourage their
membership to vote.  What IS a no-no is to campaign for Alice Young in
her run for Director of ARMA International.

not fully knowledgeable about ARMA 's rules about electioneering and
campaigning, but isn't a get out the vote effort by the chapters a
no-no?
