While we're on the subject....how about including information about the 
candidates bio or attendance at the business meeting as part of the 
giveaways that ARMA provides.  If people have to get a stamp at the end of 
the meeting for attendance, I would hazard to guess that more people would 
show up at the meeting and perhaps more people vote.  I was surprised at 
just how many people actually fill the card in with a chance to win big 
bucks.
