Good Morning - As per listserv protocol, I went to the archives and
researched something I've been asked to look into for my company. It
first shows up in the literature in an article by Tina Torres in 2006.
However, a search of the archives pulls up nothing with that phrase. I
found out lots about functional retention schedules, but I've been told
that the two are not identical. With that background, here is my
question: "Does anyone have a sample or part of a sample
"process-focused retention schedule" that Tina Torres refers to in her
Sept/Oct 2006 article in the IMJ? It sounds like a plan that is easier
to implement for users and I would like to see what one looks like."
As always, thank you for whatever assistance you can provide. Thanks,
also, for the great information the site contains courtesy of all of you
who participate in the discussions. They're usually both informative
and entertaining.
