Thanks for the links, David.

Having browsed the list, It seems that there is a pretty steep barrier to getting a classification. They also would not classify Internal Auditors (Docket No. 08-1096) for the same reason that they won't classify records managers.

I can't say that I agree with the rationale for all of their decisions, but I guess the SOC takes a "big bucket" approach to occupational life.
