The World Privacy Forum has released a report in which the advocacy  
group claims that cloud computing may create significant data privacy  
risks for companies if they aren't careful.

This is a reference to the problems I mentioned earlier today. If the  
IT person is perfect and never makes a mistake, there are still  
issues.  The reality is that some large percentage of IT personnel  
are not this good and real concerns should be voiced. Records  
managers need to point out the problems that could make delivering  
files for discovery impossible.

Tape storage is still the least expensive way to store computer  
information with any amount of reliability.
