ARMA International Board member, Beth Chiaiese, will be on hand to describe
the ARMA International Records Management Competency model, and how she has
adapted it for use in her organization. Attendees will learn what a
competency model is, why it is important to records managers, and how they
can use it as a platform for the professional development of their staff.
