As a quick backtrack to the discussion recently about metadata scrubbers in law firms, I wanted to point to some NC Bar Association proposed ethics opinions on the use of, and obligations surrounding, metadata:

Nothing overly surprising, but still should be of interest with regard to email management (including use of scrubbers) and DM if nothing else.
