Besides the storage rate, Iron Mountain has the following:  Charges for
all other services may be adjusted at any time upon 30 days notice.
Also, per their contract...." and.....(ii) rates for services may be
adjusted by Iron Mountain at any time.  

Anyone out there have a recommendation for a vendor in Jacksonville,
Washington, DC, and New York City?  If so, please reply offline.

there is typically a clause that the Schedule A (Pricing Schedule) is
good for one year from the date of the contract and subject to annual
revisions/increases.
