I think you are over thinking this. I don't think your Boss really wants
or needs to know how much time you spend on "interruptions", for
example. What is she supposed to do with that information? It is always
a good idea to keep your Boss informed of things she should know, so
that she is not blindsided by that information coming from other
parties, but you seem to want to show your Boss that you are constantly
busy. Why not start from that position, and just give her the highlights
of your week? I'm sure she has neither the time to review it, or any
great interest in, the minutia of your day.
