I agree with what others have suggested. your report whether weekly,
biweekly or monthly should
provide the following information
Project status (if you have any projects. use red/yellow/green, percentage
complete, problems/issues)
On the Horizon - things coming up that they need to be aware
your report should be less than two pages preferably 1 page
