This deals with "Policing the Journalistic Frontier" and what rules should
apply to posting content on the web in blogs, on social sites, through the
use of Twitter, and other means.  

One comment I found true from what I routinely see was this one:

"Egregious violations are less the issue than the unforeseen ways in which
fuzzy ethics creep in at the borders. "
