I know it's just the start of Spring, but I thought I'd go ahead with a "help wanted" post for a box inventory project we've just started.  Although it's a basic RM box inventory, it might be good experience for an RM student to work with a new RM program that is under development.  Although we'll be primarily focused on box inventory, they'll be involved and exposed to other things as well including research for new records series, records destruction, services contract review/input, procedure development, etc., but, again, the primary focus will be on reviewing boxes of inactive records currently stored offsite-just a plain Jane, old-fashioned records inventory.

If you know of any RM students looking for a summer gig (I need two), please pass this post on to them.  We'd prefer either someone local (in the greater Atlanta area) or someone who can foot their own expenses, as we cannot pay for relocation or any other expenses.  While the salary isn't great (it'll probably be between $15-20/hr), it'll provide some good, practical hands-on RM experience.
