At the present time, the Wyoming State Records Management Unit does not charge our agencies for the use of our record storage center. Due to a number of issues, we are looking at the possibility of charging for our offsite inactive record storage services. If your state's RIM program is charging for these services, could you provide me with your rate schedule? Due to the size of Wyoming, population approximately 500,000, we would be interested in hearing from cities of this size as well. Thank you in advance for any help.
