I am following up to my previous post on another area I am not very
familiar - Corporate files. In particular, I have just been given a
CORPORATE file today to update the filing for it, including a Corporate
Minute Book. Is there any particular format or documents I should be
watching out for when filing for these types of files?

Subject: Filing for Real Estate and Estate Planning Files
I have been filing for litigation and insurance defense for over 7 years
and I am just now started for the first time getting into filing for
real estate and estate planning files.
Can anyone tell me the standard sub-files generally found in real estate
and estate planning files?
Thank you,
