Irene,

Corporate Minute Books are permanent (archival) legal documents and must be
filed as a separate series of record. The are classed as vital, and should
be backed up by microfilm or images with a planned migration. These are
among the most important documents a corporation will have outside of its
charter and by-laws. The utmost care should be taken to provide an index to
the minutes if one has not been created.
