Archivist/Records Manager Needed for Top DC Organization!

 

TRAK Records and Library is actively searching for an Archivist.  Your
talents and experience are needed to assist a Washington, DC
organization with their archives project.  The Archivist will appraise,
select, acquire, preserve and manage the historical records, artifacts,
artwork and other cultural assets; design and implement manual and
electronic descriptive systems and bibliographic controls to make
archival materials accessible to users; develop inventories, catalogs,
indexes, registers and other finding aids in accordance with
professional archival practice; and perform essential preservation and
conservation processes.  Candidates should have their MLS or Master's
degree and a minimum of three years of records management experience.
