What is the purpose of your Records Management Program's Mission Statement? Why write a Mission Statement for you RM Program? What does your Mission Statement do for you and your RM staff? What does your Mission statement do for the people your RM program serves? What does it do for top management?

(Note: I have not asked anyone to share their Mission Statement.)
