I'd suggest you go to the Listserv Archives, and search for the subject
"Ledbetter" beginning February 2009 to see what's already been discussed on
this topic first.

As mentioned many times, new subscribers may want to consider searching the
archives for subjects that may have been covered on one or more occasions
prior to posting a question.  

There's a good chance your question has already been answered, and if not,
based on what you find, maybe a clearer or more focused follow-on question
could be asked.
