if the records are boxed then consider using a tape that indicates the box
has been opened. if the records are on open shelving you are going to have
to monitor the loading and unloading of the materials. While on the truck
make sure that the truck is sealed.. the truck should be unsealed only under
the direction of company personnel who will also observe the unloading.

make sure that your contract with the moving company addresses the issues of
confidentiality
