The posts last week on "dirty jobs" alone would be fodder for this mill. Think of the fun you could have shooting the rats, snakes, raccoons, pigeons, and oversize scorpions as you make your way through the maze of horrors to recover the lost archive file. Imagine the feeling of accomplishment as you finally achieve daylight after transversing miles of poorly piled and poorly filed records in increasingly wet, soggy and vermin infested basements and other underground levels. Of course, added to the villains would be the fellow that cuts maps and other documents out of books, the folks that steal valuable historical letters to sell on eBay, and the corrupt County official who is hiding peoples tax payments in the old mess so their land will go to auction (a true experience from one of my past consulting jobs).
