Everything that you wanted to know about wine tasting

Buttercup Grill, 4301 Clayton Road, Concord, CA
Registration                         5:30 pm
Dinner                                  6:00 pm
Program                               6:30 pm

Have you gone to winery tasting room or had friends comment about a wines
great nose and finish but didn't really have a clue about what people were
talking about? Did you ever have a friend comment about a great wine that
you thought tasted like smelly animals?
We invite you to attend ARMA Mt. Diablo's program on wine tasting. The
mysteries of wine will be revealed. Here's how we're going to accomplish
this.  You will learn about:

*	Wine composition
*	Fundamentals of sensory analysis (this is a real science used in the
food and beverage industry)
*	Wine production techniques
*	Wine retention schedules (Had to be something relating to records
management)
*	Wine tasting/evaluation
*	Yes, the last topic means that you will actually be tasting wines.
Can't guarantee that you will think that they are great wines, but maybe
after this session you will have a better idea about what a great wine is.
