I am not naive about the media; not at all.  However there are so many
stories about this over several decades (since I have been in the RIM
profession), along with instances of hard copy medical and dental
records being found in dumpsters in all parts of the country, there is a
problem with mismanagement of medical records.  I hesitate to say more
lest Larry Funky Cold Medina jump in with both feet.

I hate paper.

Steve don't believe everything you read in the press. It is amazing
how
little real work journalists do today. Very few will do the fact
checking
needed to make a story accurate.
