I agree with Virginia regarding ARMA and AIIM. If you are to develop a records management program for your company, your budget would be best served by ARMA. I like AIIM too and up until recently belonged to both organizations. If you do join ARMA, be sure and attend chapter meetings if there is a chapter that is near you. The networking is essential.
