I very much appreciate the responses (or at least most of them) that I
received both "online" and "offline" regarding my questions about ARMA and
AIIM. For the most part, they were helpful.

Some of you asked where I was located in reference to local ARMA chapters. I
mentioned that my company has several locations and that we are primarily
located in the upper midwest. I am not located at any of the locations. I
know where the local ARMA chapters are and will investigate membership.
