IM bought out the local vendor we were using last year. When I first
noticed reboxing charges on my invoices, the explanation I was provided
by IM was that when they come across a box they believe to be "damaged"
it will then be reboxed and then subsequently charged back to my
account. I have also heard from other colleagues that they were told IM
is reviewing all stored boxes to identify any that appear to be no
longer stable. So not entirely sure what the formal practice is :-)

I can understand to a point if they run across a box that is falling
apart to ensure integrity is maintained; however, what I don't
appreciate is the fact that they will not provide me with a list of the
specific boxes that have been "reboxed".
