I have asked our account manager to send me a picture before repacking, he agreed to do it for 3 months. That was about a month ago and I haven't seen anything yet and had no additional charges.

I have seen this as well, but to a very small degree. I think the $9 referred to by Anne in her post might actually be the quantity in cubic feet since IM does everything in cubic feet. I think this charge works out to be about $5 per cubic foot. I have been meaning to address this with them as well. Aside from this service not being in the contract, I am a visual person so I would like to see what a box looks like before it is replaced. I wonder if taking a picture and sending it to me before the repackaging is too much to ask? :-D
