The Firmwide Director of Records Management role is intended to function
effectively at both the strategic and tactical level. This individual is
responsible for collaborating with senior management in identifying
objectives, defining processes, and ensuring compliance with a state of the
art records and information management approach. At a tactical level, this
person is responsible for implementing this vision by driving the
achievement of Firm approved milestones and demonstrating improvements to
the records and information management program to senior management and
partners at least annually. The records and information management framework
will include hard copy as well as electronic based records on a global
basis.
