That's great, Dawn! Reminds me of a poem we used to use as a marketing
tool on our web site (we were the second agency to create a web site in
the county, after the library). It was pretty effective too, in changing
our internal rep to one of customer service:

If your records are a mess,
Don't create another pile.
Put our service to the test - 
We turn piles into smiles!
