Caveat - I do not speak for the ICRM, but all information is available from

"the work experience claimed should be *supported by copies of detailed job
descriptions* identifying the employer, employee and the appropriate dates.
If adequate job descriptions are not available, l*etters from employers
outlining in detail work positions, duties, and experience *relative to the
above three categories may be considered."

My suggestion would be to obtain a copy of the form and see if it provides
detailed descriptions of the work performed if not then the letters from the
employer/supervisor is required.
Finally candidates should submit as much information as possible to support
their application.
