Christian:
Where I work we call it the Corporate Documents Web Site. It houses Guidelines, Directives, Instructions, Policies, and a "manual" to explain the processes that go behind them - corporate principles, management controls, etc. You can also find information about records management there.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [RM] What Do You call Your Policies?
We're revamping our corporate policy system and are wondering what to call it. It used to be known as the Edison System of Manuals or ESM, but now that we've moved to the portal and the term "manual" has such hefty hard copy connotations, we'd like to try something new. Anyone willing to share what they call their Policy System(s)/Collection(s)?
Thanks,
Christian
