Ours is called Corporate Policies and there is a link on the front page of the intranet. The policies and associated procedures and standards are on that site as well as the owning department.

Subject: What Do You call Your Policies?
We're revamping our corporate policy system and are wondering what to call
it. It used to be known as the Edison System of Manuals or ESM, but now
that we've moved to the portal and the term "manual" has such hefty hard
copy connotations, we'd like to try something new. Anyone willing to share
what they call their Policy System(s)/Collection(s)?
Thanks,
Christian
