Hello everyone,

I am preparing for a presentation to senior management on the move we
will be making towards a functional records schedule and I could use
some ideas for games or group exercises that will liven things up and
get across some basic concepts.  I'm hoping the concept of buckets to
explain record series will resonate with them. 

 

They will just have had lunch when my presentation is up so I need
something not too time consuming, but light and lively to start out with
before I do a more formal presentation.

 

I was hoping someone might have done something in this line they could
share with me that might help this group more easily grasp these
concepts and understand the benefits of file classification and
retention buckets.
