Hi Keith,

I think the checking HR about the Relocation Form could be a good start point.
For me it was normal that organization asked to fill up the form when the person is leaving, retiring or moving to different location:
files, equipment, codes, keys, information material( library)...
Otherwise, the person could not receive the final payment

Greetings To all in this Summer Hot month in the State of scorching Texas.
Does anyone have a policy in place for  personnel or department from any organization or institution who has a moving policy or procedure available.
I have requested to write a policy and procedure for when personnel or department is moving to different location. What they need to do in regards to their records. Most of the time, they leave  records in drawers, cabinets etc. The Asset Management do have a policy and procedure in place.
Thanks for your help and advise.
