Knowing first hand the blood, sweat, and tears that went into generating
this guideline, I would strongly suggest it as your starting point.

It has much more detail than you may be looking for, but you can pick and
choose from it the things that are critical to your organizational needs.

And the recommendation isn't because of who published it, it's because of
the volunteers whose experience and efforts went into developing it
