Records Manager needed for Boston, MA Law Firm
Are you a Law Firm Records Manager looking for the next step in your
management career? Do you want to work for a well-known law firm that

A prominent international law firm has an opportunity for you to manage
the records management operations of two records centers in the
northeast region of the United States! Your home office will be in the
Boston office and you will also manage the records department in the New
York office. The Records Manager will be responsible for the overall
life cycle management of all records created and maintained in the two
offices.
This includes administering department policies; managing projects
related to records management software including implementations and
upgrades; training end-users and maintaining vendor relationships. This
position will also manage staff and be responsible of hiring and
training of records staff.
Candidates will have at least 4 years records management experience.
Must have advanced management skills, excellent interpersonal and
communication skills as well as strong decision making, technical and
organizational skills. Law firm experience is desired and Certification
in Records Management is a plus. This position is very exciting as the
