A 57 page White Paper containing the results and analyses of the most
recent Cohasset Associates ARMA International Electronic Records
Management (ERM) Survey is now available free at:

This is the sixth edition of this RIM industry survey.  The research has
been updated biannually since 1999 and past results are included in this
just published White Paper.  In addition to statistical results, this
new White Paper provides analyses of both this year's results and trends
over time.

 

Over the years, there have been more than 15,000 downloads of this
survey by records management professionals.  

 

Cohasset Associates believes that in the past his survey has created an
improved awareness of the need for remedial action which, in turn, has
contributed to some of the substantial improvements reflected in this
year's results.
