10 Momentum Building Job Search Strategies
Speaker - Susan Dittmann

Having momentum is the key to a successful job search.  Creating momentum
and sustaining momentum is very difficult especially in a protracted job
search.  
Join Career Coach and MassMutual's Director of Recruiting Susan Dittmann,
M.A. for a workshop on effective ways to build job search momentum.  
You will learn about her Top 10 momentum building strategies.

Susan is the Director of Recruiting for MassMutual's San Francisco Bay Area
Insurance Agency a nationally ranked Top 10 MassMutual Agency.  In 2008 she
was nationally ranked in the Top 5 out of 90 recruiters within the
MassMutual Financial Group system and received the GAMA Recruiter Specialist
award.  She is also a member of an elite Recruiter Study Group that consists
of MassMutual's Top 5 Recruiters in the nation.

Susan holds a Master of Arts in Organization Development from Marymount
University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the
University of San Francisco.  She has been working within the areas of
recruiting, talent acquisition and career coaching for over 10 years.

Recently Susan founded and facilitates the East Bay Women's Job Search
Network a networking group that meets once a month in Walnut Creek.  The
group helps women find meaningful work in the Bay Area.
