Sadly, IF YOUR ORGANIZATION allowed them to be in your contract, it's
unlikely you can do anything about decreasing them.

The best way to deal with this is NOT TO APPROVE them if they appear in the
proposed T&C at the time you structure/negotiate your contract.  All of the
boiler plate language in there is negotiable, it just depends on how strong
you're willing to negotiate.
