Tryco,
Maybe a company won't store electronic information directly, but they
need virtualization vendors to add clause requiring adherence to the
company's backup disaster recovery and records storage retention
requirements into their outside "cloud computing" vendor contracts.  A
record must follow company retention schedules, litigation holds and
policies regardless of where it's stored.

Does anyone have any "cloud computing" storage requirements with outside
vendors?
