Hi, Brad,
Heck, no! In both the savings and loan where I used to work and here at
American Honda Motor Co., Inc. the user's needs are paramount. When a
department needs a record now, we get it for them as soon as we can. We
ask if they really need it rushed or if they can wait for the usual
turn-around (1-2 working days)of the offsite storage companies. But if
they need it, we get it for them.
We have looked at scheduled deliveries and pick-ups, but except for
destructions, the users' needs refuse to get organized.
