Compliance Manager Core Responsibilities:



Work with key Company stakeholders to identify training needs and administer
annual ethics education programs.

Develop and promote annual ethics campaigns

Coordinate investigations of allegations of misconduct or violations of
Company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Serve as employee contact for questions around Company policies, procedures
and standards and escalate to CCO or other functional areas as needed.

Assist with continuous assessment and maintenance of the Integrity &
Compliance program.

Review, update, publish and archive Company polices, procedures and
standards.

Engage employees with Integrity initiatives and activities.

Assist with reporting and audits as needed.

Maintain solid and up-to-date understanding of applicable laws and
regulations.



Records Manager Core Responsibilities:

Ensure the records retention and disposition schedule adequately addresses
all Company records and is current with the legal, regulatory and compliance
obligations of the Company.

Assist in developing operational procedures to ensure compliance with the
policy schedule.

Manage the routine review and approval process for records destruction in
digital and hard copy formats.

Develop and administer records management training for all new hires.

Assist in the implementation of the legal hold policy and procedures to
ensure records are properly preserved.

Oversee and provide feedback and training for records liaisons.
