List members,
As a CRM candidate approaching my 4th year anniversary in the RIM profession, I need your help.  Could those who passed part or all of the CRM tests share their biggest challenges and any studying strategies they found particularly useful?

Also has anyone successful joined ARMA San Antonio online CRM Study Group?  I put in a couple of requests, but never heard back.
