Richard, I didn't mean to imply that one should seek out the cheapest
shredding service, period. I simply pointed out that plant based
services are generally lower in cost than their mobile counterparts,
simply due to the costs involved in service delivery. That has been the
case locally. Note, however, that we also are a center of the paper and
pulp industry, which may make our situation somewhat unique. My
assumption was always meeting specifications and/or NAID certification.

I also pointed out that most folks offering plant based services -
again, locally - do not want to serve locations where they can't get
sufficient volume to justify the cost of pickup.
